A quiet place without the sound of passing cars, with a view of trees in the rooms, and a central heating system and separate hot and cold air conditioning for each room, with matching leather beds, a kitchen equipped with a microwave oven, an electric oven, and a washing machine. Dry clothes, which are all free for all passengers. The hotel is located at a distance of 450 meters from the Univ City Technical Metro, 24-hour fast food, 24-hour casino and close to brand shopping centers on Pekini Street, Saburtalo area (west of Tbilisi). The sports palace, which is the venue for concerts, is located 700 meters from the hotel. It is possible to enter the hotel at any time with a password
