Cozy wooden family cottage, with it's own yard with different fruit trees. Yard can be used as a barbecue place, playing space for kids or parking space. Cottage is located on the other end of the yard from street entrance, so street noise never reaches inside. Wooden look provides coziness and feeling of being at home. Balcony location was arranged so that pleasant breeze always blows there. Beach is less than 150 meters away from house, and usually beach is less crowded here compared to exact center of Kobuleti. A small market, cafes and ATM are all in 2-3 minutes walk distance. 24/7 supermarket and grocery store in 1 minute walk from home (30 meters ). All the amenities inside cottage are at your disposal, kitchenware, TV, washing machine, WI-FI etc. Cottage was renovated in 2017 and 2018. We added new washing machine, fridge, air conditioning and new mattresses for beds. The place is comfortable, and ideal for families.
