Located in the very heart of Gudauri - walking distance from ski lifts. Basically when going to ski a person needs to walk about 100 meters and ski down to the ski lift. After returning guest can ski at the entrance of apartment. There is a best supermarket in Gudauri and gas station in just 2 minute walk. Hotel Marco Polo in 6 minute walk.
Apartment has breathtaking view on mountains. Especially beautiful at the sun set time.
We are friends who LOVE LOVE LOVE! Gudauri and decided to get properties to rent out, make money and have guests enjoy the place.
This is the central neighborhood of Gudauri, with lots of tourists and fantastic locals to share you day with.
