Whilst you are free to eat whatever you like, COOKING meat 🥩 is not welcome here. Overall, it’s neat and cosy atmosphere it will give you a "being at home" vibe. You will have your own private space of 7 sq.m. with the AC and a nice view or the city. The room has two doors: one goes to a bigger room which is also for a short and long term rent (see the information below), and the other one goes to my father’s room. Room has: 1) Air conditioner & central heating. 2) Foldable sofa bed 3) small work-space 4) dresser table/commode 5) coffee/journal table 6) Bed linen and towels, as well as other necessary items are all provided. 📌Utility bills are included in the price. 📌There is no extra charge for anything. 📌Flexible check in-out and 📌baggage drop off/leaving for some time after check out is ✅. 📌You can do your laundry for free and use any kitchen appliances. ⚠️Only, please be accurate with using the house equipment (fridge, washing machine, hood, etc.) Thank you! 📌📌 For more comfort, you can rent an adjacent room separately or with it. Hall, kitchen and bathroom are shared with my father (staying in a small service room located after the kitchen) and a guest from a big room (IF there is one by the time of your rent). I speak fluent English and Russian languages and my father does too. He stays in an apartment as a host. May you need anything, we are always available on sight and/or social networking app and ready to help with check in/out, and/or advices. In Georgia many elevators require 10 tetri(cents) per use. The apartment is located in Tbilisi CITY CENTER, a prestigious part called Shanghai district of Saburtalo. Vake Park & Turtle Lake are just in 2 bus stops. Lisi Lake & horseback riding area in about 8 minute drive. City Mall and other supermarkets, farmer’s markets, Georgian traditional food restaurant (Pasanauri), Georgian bread bakery, as well as banks and pharmacies, swimming pool & gym are all located within 5-8 minute walk. INNER CITY HIGHWAY allows you to get to any point of the city (including touristic Old Tbilisi) within just few minutes. As the apartment is located on an elevated area, you will enjoy the perks of nice night view and fresh air away from the buzz of the noisy streets. Metro station ‘Delisi’ is in 8-minutes walk & Bus station in 5-minutes walk to/from the apartment. On foot/walking directions: If you are walking there instead of taking a taxi, then you are coming from what is called ‘Shanghai Area’. 0. There is a small square on Kazbegi street near the crosslight. 1. Follow the left road till the very end. 2. You will bypass the International School. 3. Continue walking till you see the cemented stairs. 4. Go up the stairs and go to the right. 5. The building is located on the right side, as left side is a hill going to University street. It is a yellow block of apartments #10. By Taxi: Taxi will take you from the inner highway, through University Street. First turn to the right on the first crosslight near the fitness center Arena. The yellow building on the left at the beginning of Otar Lortkipanidze street #10 is where you need to arrive. The apartment is 40-50 minutes drive from Tbilisi International Airport.
