Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you in the commune of Saint-François, this charming air-conditioned apartment at less than one kilometer of the beach, with swimming pool, of a surface of 65 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (without elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 24 m², a fully equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi, sheets and towels included. Google Home Exterior common to the residence : - A swimming pool (not heated), secured and accessible by a gate, open until 5pm. It has different levels of depth. The pool is open all year round, except for unforeseen circumstances (opening dates of the pool are not contractual). Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. Any child swimming is under the responsibility of a parent. In order to access the pool, it is requested to take a shower beforehand. The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Thank you for leaving it in a correct state of cleanliness and for cleaning the household appliances after use. Possibility of cleaning during the stay at 15e/h request and payment to be made on site -Two mosquito nets available in the accommodation
