The BOTANICA HOTEL was completed in May 2021. We are now welcoming guests from all over the world in our new elegant, fully-equipped apartments. All of our units include a private bathroom, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a refrigerator. We understand that some travelers like to cook for themselves whether on a long trip or during the holidays, therefore we have made sure that all of our units include a kitchenette with a stovetop. Of course, we've provided enough of cutlery for families or bigger parties traveling together to ensure everyone has a comfortable stay. Last but not least, all of our rooms and apartments have a high-speed WIFI connection - not to mention that all of our accommodations have a private balcony. As seen in the photographs, we developed this lovely hotel project close to the sea and near local amenities and restaurants. The morning sea breeze will make you feel like you're in paradise on your terrace. Our rooms range in size and are available to single and couple vacationers seeking a private and serene environment, as well as bigger equipped apartments. Some terraces have a stunning view of the sea, while others are centered on Neos Marmaras.
