Villa Manza is situated in a prime location just 850 meters from the sandy beach and a short drive to Rethymno enter. It offers a rooftop balcony with a hot tub, a salt water ecological pool, pickleball court, and outdoor kitchen with a gas BBQ. Spanning 230 square meters, the villa spreads across 2 levels and can comfortably accommodate 10 guests in its 5 bedrooms. Ground Floor Bedrooms - Bedroom 1: 2 Single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m) that can be transformed into a queen-size bed upon request, 50” Smart TV, ceiling fan, en-suite bathroom. - Bedroom 2: King size bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), 50” Smart TV, en-suite bathroom, access to the back yard. - Bedroom 3: King size bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), 50” Smart TV, en-suite bathroom, access to the back yard. First floor - Bedroom 4 (Master bedroom): 2 Single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m) that can be transformed into a queen-size bed upon request, 50” Smart TV, access to private balcony, en-suite bathroom. - Bedroom 5: King size bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), 50” TV, en-suite bathroom The exterior of Manza Villa covers 1,000 m2 and offers many facilities, including: - A private, 70 sq.m. ecological salt water swimming pool, 1.4 m deep with step access, including a child pool, 0.50m deep. - The pool area is equipped with a gazebo, 6 sun beds, 2 bean bag loungers, a poolside shower and 4 umbrellas - Outdoor kitchen with a gas BBQ facilities - Οutdoor dining area for 10 under a shaded pergola - Οutdoor sitting area - Ping pong table - Pickleball court - 2 bicycles (1 adult size and 1 child size with helmets) - Parking space for 4 cars inside the villa premises. - The whole Villa is fully fenced and has a gated entrance offering security to our guests. Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at 2 euros per night from April to October and 0.5 euros per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.

Manza Villa is located in the Sfakaki area, in Rethymno, offering easy access to all local amenities including beaches, tavernas, cafes, and supermarkets, either within a short walk or drive. The neighboring resorts of Adelianos Kampos and Platanias provide everything necessary for a delightful beachside holiday. Additionally, a convenient bus service operates along the coastal road, stopping at various resort areas and Rethymno town. The villa is also just a short drive from Rethymno town with its beautiful Turkish and Venetian architecture. With a plethora of tavernas and fine dining restaurants, boutiques, cafes, fortress, museums and art culture, Rethymno is not to be missed. As the sun sets over Rethymno town, the atmosphere changes under the twinkling night sky. The villa has easy access to both the coastal road and national highway so exploring the island is easy. The villages nestled in the hills behind Sfakaki are interesting to drive to and explore. Enjoy a meal in one of the traditional tavernas in villages such as Pigi and Maroulas. Arkadi monastery is within a 20 minute drive and is a must-see attraction. The journey offers breathtaking scenery, and the monastery itself holds a fascinating history. Nearby, the ruins of Ancient Elefterna and its museum provide insight into Rethymno's rich history. There are many villages to explore around the area, Margarites being one of them. Take a stroll around the beautiful mountain village, famous for its handmade pottery and soak up the atmosphere in one of the traditional tavernas.
