The small 35m2 apartment is located in the heart of the city of Ioannina at the beginning of N. Zerva street, next to the City central square. Super Market, Bakeries, Laundry Store, Cafes, Bars, Food Shops as well as the Central market of the city are all just a minute away. The longest distance that someone will need to walk, is for the castle of Ioannina and the lake area and is about 1000 meters along the main road of the city. Parking a car in the area, even if it's free on the street, is very difficult during working hours and days, but there are very close payable parking places. Taxis and buses are right on the way to entry. The building is built in 1993, with a total renovation of the apartment in 2018. The apartment is designed to comfortably accommodate two people in a double bed, sized 140cmX200cm, but it is possible to accommodate up to two more persons on a sofa that opens in size 110cmX200cm just enough for two adults, but comfortable for two children. An air conditioner is responsible for the heating and cooling of the space, but there is also an electric resistance heater, with simple air circulation, for anyone who does not trust the heating in air conditioning.
