Located in the heart of the Nea Makri, a picturesque fishing town in East Attica, a newly refurbished studio on the first floor of this two-storey building is welcoming visitors for an unforgettable stay. On a quiet road, in the heart of the town the studio is minutes away from shops, bars and local restaurants. Visitors can enjoy the beach or go for hiking during the day and enjoy the views from the balcony during the evening over a meal and a glass of wine. The location is ideal for visitors who want to spend a few relaxing days in a seaside location or use it as a base in order to explore the local area or Athens. It is 10minutes away from the port of Rafina with its excellent connections to the Aegean sea islands, while Athens international airport is 25 minutes away. There is a frequent bus service to Athens city centre too. The studio is brand new, has been decorated to a high standard and can become your ultimate destination during the whole year. It has all the amenities of a modern apartment and can accommodate up to 4 people (up to 2 adults) ideal for a couple or a small family.
