The house is an apartment on the first floor. It is airy, bright, and has both sea and mountain views. It consists of an open-plan living room, kitchen, and dining area, as well as three rooms, two of which are bedrooms. The living room includes a three-seater sofa and two armchairs; the sofa can be converted into a bed. The dining table seats 4 to 6 people. The two bedrooms each have a king-size bed, and all three rooms have large wardrobes with full-length mirrors on the outside. All areas have air conditioning, balcony door, and access to balcony with a table and chairs. There is a spacious hallway and one bathroom with a shower cabin and a small window.
