Villa Alex is a detached vacation rental property located in Katelios, Kefalonia. Villa Alex can sleep up to 7 people with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Offers air-conditioning and Free Wi-Fi. Enjoy your own private pool (East Facing) with barbecue and sea views. Front door opens into open plan kitchen/dining and lounge area. Marble staircase leads to three bedrooms & 2 bathrooms on the first floor. Master bedroom has double bed, en suite shower room, balcony with sea view. The second double bedroom has an additional single bed. Third bedroom has double bed. Bedrooms have balconies with panoramic sea and mountain views and a separate family shower room. Ground floor French windows lead out from living room to the spacious poolside terrace which features one of the largest, deepest swimming pools in Katelios as well as shaded dining area and BBQ. The villa has easy access with private parking. As per BeachVillas’s Terms and Conditions, all groups of travellers under the age of 25 years are required to pay the Refundable Security Deposit (RSD). The RSD is 150 EUR per person, and covers each traveller provide against damages and breakages. In case of any damages or breakages, BeachVillas will have the right to use the sufficient amount to cover the costs of replacements and repairs. Providing nothing is broken the full amount is refunded to the traveller after their departure.
