-Please note that for non-refundable bookings, full payment for the entire stay must be made via the nominated credit card, with the exception of debit (electronic) and American Express. Guests are required to present the same credit card provided at the time of booking upon check-in for payment verification

-Please present the same credit card used to guarantee the reservation (the name of the cardholder and the name on the reservation must be the same) when checking in and making payment at the hotel.

-Please note that bookings of 8 or more rooms will be treated as group bookings and full prepayment will be required at the time of booking.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

A damage deposit of HK$ 3,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out.
