Our family hotel pays extra attention to our guests and their needs. This started as a family business but has grown to a staff that is dedicated to our guests full time. We love what we do and we are here to make you feel at home. We are offering you a home away from home with warmth and ambient that you can only feel and taste in Dalmatia. I love outdoor activities. Kayaking, fishing, boat trips, hiking, exploring new and wonderful places in Croatia. I lived in United States and I missed Croatia. I love everything Croatian. If you give me the chance, I would love to show you what I love about this place.

Property information

Aparthotel Plat is a complex of apartments and rooms in Kožino which is one of the settlements of Zadar's Riviera. This affordable escape surrounded by extensive green and spacious area of 2.500m2 of private property with reserved parking for our guests is the essence of feeling relaxed and yet comfortable within your own privacy. Heated outdoor pool and pool bar work all year long and will help you relax and enjoy your vacation. Last renovation of a hotel was in 2022/2023.Now we also have indor olimpic pool,gym with profesional equipment and wellnes.The beach front is only a minute walk from the hotel. You can enjoy our freshly prepared variety of Dalmatian delicacies by the pool area and enjoy the ambient of the summer afternoons and quiet evening at dinner time with soft music. Our standard package includes breakfast, half board which includes breakfast and dinner and full board which includes breakfast, lunch and dinner. Upon your arrival you will be served a welcome drink. We also offer great personalized private tours of national parks to our guests. We also provide local transport and airport pickup/drop-off. Don`t consider us your hosts, consider us your friends in Croatia! Let us make your vacation a one to remember!

Neighbourhood information

Aparthotel Plat is situated in a very peaceful and quiet beach front neighborhood with a lot of untouched nature around the Villa. Kožino is an old small village, about 7km from the City of Zadar. We are also very close to the old historic Town of Nin. You have the option to go to the sandy, pebble and stone beaches. We are situated in between three UNESCO protected world heritage national parks. We are in an ideal location to visit Dalmatia, a lot of amazing national parks, historic monuments, churches, small towns and still we are very close to all the modern-day stores, shopping centers, adventure parks and additional activities. A great wat to spend your vacation, alone, or as a couple, or a family.
