Inside, you'll find a bright and airy living space, a well-appointed kitchen with modern appliances(dishwasher, gas stove, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and all the necessary kitchen utensils), and two cozy bedrooms: one master bedroom ideal for adults and a second bedroom perfect for children. The outside space features a spacious patio, where you'll find a refreshing private swimming pool (not heated), ideal for cooling off on warm days. The pool dimensions are 5,5m x 3,5m. The surrounding olive trees provide shade and a beautiful natural backdrop. For outdoor cooking, a BBQ grill is available for delightful family meals. A shaded parking space ensures your vehicle stays cool and protected. As our guests, you will also have *FREE PARKING ABOVE THE FAMOUS ZLATNI RAT BEACH*. Pets are welcome, for a compensation of 10,00 EUR per day. If you need to wash your clothes, we can do it for you, free of charge. We also provide an iron(upon request) and pool towels.
