Myself and my husband have been running our guest house for a few years and we both really enjoy it. as we get to meet a lot of wonderful guests from all over the world. Previously we both worked in pretty stressful jobs for the past 35 years, so we decided to take it down a notch, and its working really well. We work hard, but its very rewarding and we do everything we can to ensure our guests enjoy their stay with us by making them feel comfortable, safe and at home.

Our Guest house is in a rural setting, surrounded by large trees and fields. There is a beautiful garden Centre/restaurant/country shop 5 mins walk, otherwise we are in the countryside. By Car, the house is 8 mins from Dublin airport, 5 mins to Swords, and 2 min from Exit 4 on M1, and 8 min to M50 which connects to the national motorway system. Galway, for example, is a 2 Hr drive. Excellently situated if you are travelling by car and planning on visiting different parts of Ireland. If you are travelling by bus, Dublin airport has a national bus & coach service. The house offers a choice of Super King, King, Double or twin rooms, All En-suite, very comfortable & spotlessly clean. Two of the rooms have a terrace. All rooms have smart TV, excellent Wi-Fi, and Tea & coffee facilities. There is a fully equipped guest kitchen, with a separate fridge & food press for each guest bedroom. The kitchen has a cooker, dishwasher, Washer/dryer and coffee machine. The breakfast room is on ground level, and upstairs is a quiet Guest Lounge. The house has Free on site parking. if you are not travelling by car, it is a 5min walk to the Bus stop, which takes you to Swords, Dublin Airport and City Centre. Close to Swords, Donabate and Malahide seaside villages, which offer plenty of shopping at the Pavilions shopping center. restaurants, bars, golf clubs and beautiful beaches. Swords has a 24 hour bus service. The Swords Express bus service takes 22 mins to Dublin City from Swords Town centre.

We live between Donabate and Swords, Swords being the closest. Our house is remote, we are surrounded by large trees and fields, with only a handful of houses on our road. There is a beautiful Garden Centre , 5 min walk, across the road, which has a restaurant open from 09:00 to 18:00 every day, also a country food shop, and fantastic Gift shop. there is a lovely walk 5 mins from the house, that takes you down to the Estuary, via a very quiet country road. We are a two min drive to Newbridge House and demesne, which offers fantastic walks and also has a really nice café. We are no more than a 15 min drive to a number of beautiful beaches, Skerries,Malahide, Portmarnock and Donabate being the closest and our favorite. Swords and Malahide are very close and offer many restaurants, bars and shopping.
