Nestled and set back on the road fronting directly on The Wild Atlantic Highway overlooking Galway Bay and the Mountains of Connemara beyond. Yet only a short hop of 2.5km into the town of Ballyvaughan hosting a local Spa Food Shop, Post Office, Fuel Station, Church and numerous famous bars & restaurant's also including an open late fast food takeaway. Direct walking and hiking access 250m walk from the cottage onto the Gleninagh Mountain range of The Burren linking directly to Cappanawalla towards Ballyvaughan and Murrooghilly out over to Fanore. Beach and fishing access onto The Rhine along the road around 200m walk back towards Ballyvaughan. In the direction of Fanore walk up to the Historic Medieval Church, stop by at Loughlan's Castle and onto Gleninagh Pier which is also located in the immediate area. Animals welcome small fee of 50 euros each applies.
