Quite peaceful apartment with lovely garden views. Very fast free WIFI. Plenty of parking. Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, modern electric cooker A private patio area for relaxing outdoors. Wheelchair access with wet room walk in shower. Electric immersion and oil heating for hot water
We are interested in all aspects of holistic health and enjoy a healthy active lifestyle. We love meeting new people and helping you enjoy your stay gives us immense satisfaction.
We are 20 metres from Ireland's oldest thatched pub, the famous Fisherman's Inn (1659) which has lots of interesting features and also hosts regular music sessions We are 400 mtrs from The Grand Canal with the Blueway walking and cycling tracks. We are near the Slieve Blooms mountains with the famous Glenbarrow Falls. If you are a golfer we have championship designs from Seve Ballesteros to a mix of traditional and links courses. If you enjoy horses we have riding stables nearby, also 15 mins to visit the National Stud and magnificent Japanese Gardens. 25 mins to Goffs for the horse sales. We are near Emo Court and parklands with lakeside woodland walks in all directions. Timahoe Round Tower is nearby as is The Rock Of Dunamase castle which was fought over by the Vikings, the Normans and even Cromwell. We are 10 minutes from the famous Kildare Shopping Outlets to grab a bargin We are 55 minutes from Dublin airport. Follow the Laois Walking Trails or hire a bicycle. If you like fishing you have the canal and the Barrow nearby.
