There is a big shelter outside the lobby on the way to the parking. There are staircases. You'll love our prime location: just a 10-minute walk from the beach. Our neighborhood is surrounded by shops open 24h every day, synagogues, parks, and a playground for kids. If you need to catch a bus, it's just around the corner. There is a parking behind the building! If you're a smoker, don't worry, we've got you covered! Our building has a shady outside area where you can enjoy some fresh air and a cigarette. However, if you smoke inside the unit, we may need to request an additional 200 nis for cleaning. Safety is key, so if you have a bike, you're welcome to park it, just make sure it's secure. If you need any extra services during your stay, just let us know and we'll do our best to assist you. We want you to feel comfortable and at home during your stay, but please remember to respect your neighbors and keep noise levels down after 10 pm until 9 am, and between 2 pm and 4 pm.
