FOOD - All meals can be provided at an additional cost. - Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. - The meals will be delivered to the villa. - Guests are not allowed to bring their own cook or prepare meals themselves at the Villa. - Outside food vendors or outside food are not allowed at the property. ADD-ON SERVICES - The plunge pool can be heated at an additional cost of Rs 4000/- directly payable at the property. - ⁠Barbecue can be availed at an additional charge. - Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS - Guests are requested to handle the artefacts and paintings in the villa with care.  - Please note that outside food vendors and events are not allowed. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - StayVista does not provide or supply any music or audio at the Property. - In case you would like to host an event at the Property, StayVista will assist you in obtaining the necessary compliances for hosting the event. POLICIES - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. - This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
