Property information
Rauðsdalur Guesthouse is a family runned nice place in the southern Westfjords. We offer accommodation all year round in 18 rooms with shared bathroom facilities. There are cooking facilities for guests and cosy living rooms.
We offer accommodation in made-up beds and also sleeping bag accommodation, where you bring your own sleepingbag.
Our guesthouse is conveniently located for passengers of Baldur, the Breidafjord ferry, as we are only within a 5km driving distance from the ferry docks in Brjánslæk. Below our farm is a unique sandy beach which is perfect for late summer night walks. At Rauðsdalur there is also traditional farming, primarily with sheep and cows.
Neighbourhood information
Rauðsdalur is located by road 62, 50km from Patreksfjörður and 85km from Látrabjarg. Two swimming pools are nearby - 6km to Krossholt and 10km to Flókalundur. Both places also have natural hot tubs.
