Here, a cozy two-seater sofa bed, a wall-mounted satellite Smart TV, a Wi-Fi connection and a dining table overlooking the sea embrace each other in perfect harmony, giving an aura of preciousness to the area. Furthermore, the living room leads directly to the balcony, a magical place to admire the spectacular view of the sea. There is also an air conditioner that keeps the temperature constant, both hot and cold, and an upright refrigerator/freezer. The kitchen: is fully equipped with a sink, a fridge, a freezer, a microwave oven, a juicer, a kettle, an induction hob, a coffee machine, a water dispenser and various kitchen utensils. How to reach the beach and what to visit in the surrounding area The beach of Alba Adriatica is easily reachable on foot. Although the house is located in the front row, the sea is less than 50 meters away, therefore it is possible to reach it in just 2 minutes on foot. Along the seafront there are numerous restaurants, bars, supermarkets, post offices and beach clubs. A few minutes away is Tortoreto Alto, a panoramic point of the city, just 10 minutes away by car. Furthermore, there are several ancient villages, where you can discover local history and culture.
