Hello, we are PMC, managers of holiday homes in the Gulf of Tigullio and beyond! The person in charge of check-in will contact you on the telephone number indicated in the reservation to organize your arrival directly with you. He will show you the house and give you the keys. CHECK IN time is from 3 pm to 6 pm. CHECK OUT must be done by 10 am. Being an apartment and not a hotel, there is NO reception or staff on site 24 hours a day. We therefore ask you to communicate your arrival time, and any updates on it, to the PMC person in charge well in advance so that he can be on time on site to welcome you. If you have requests, need information or emergencies during your stay you can always contact PMC here on the portal or whoever will assist you with check in and we will give you the help you need. ATTENTION: We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of receipt so if you are traveling for work before booking our apartment, check that you can use the Booking booking receipt for your expenses. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Additional people than those declared: we usually ask for 10 euros per night for each additional person. 2) Small pets are allowed with a supplement of 5 euros per pet per night. OPTIONS TO GET THERE: By car, take the A12 motorway to the Sestri Levante exit. From there continue on the SS523 following the signs for Casarza Ligure / Varese Ligure / Parma for about 4 km, continue north on the SP44 and you will have arrived. The accommodation is not recommended for those traveling by public transport.

Apartment located on the hills of Casarza Ligure, 6.5 km from the center of Sestri Levante. Surrounded by the greenery of the woods, olive groves and vineyards, the accommodation is ideal for a holiday of pure relaxation. The beaches of Tigullio are 15 minutes away by car and if you wish to visit the villages of the Cinque Terre or the renowned resorts of the Riviera del Levante, the structure is an excellent point of arrival and departure. Recently renovated apartment, located on the ground floor of a two-storey building, which includes two other accommodations. Not equipped with a lift, there are stairs to reach the entrance. The entrance leads to the living area with a sofa bed for 2 people, TV, dining table and an open kitchen equipped with everything you may need to prepare and eat meals. Proceeding you will find the first bedroom with a double bed communicating with the second bedroom equipped with a single bed. There is a terrace overlooking the hills surrounding Sestri Levante, where you can relax during the beautiful days of the Riviera. Finally you will find the bathroom complete with toilet and shower. In a storage room next to the kitchen you will find a washing machine and a drying rack, iron and ironing board for laundry. Bed linen and towels are rented from a specialized company and supplied for the number of people indicated in the booking, and are included in the price. Free Wi-Fi available. There is air conditioning, which can also be used as heating in winter mode with hot air. There is also a pellet stove in the house but for reasons of comfort and safety we ask you not to use it. The apartment has a private parking space under the house. The rubbish bins are public and are located on the main road. Pets are allowed, but only small ones, and for a supplement.
