Ideal apartment for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children, located right next to our home, so we are always available for every need or information. The apartment, equipped with free private parking, is very nice, we have furnished everything and enjoys a beautiful view from the living room / kitchen of the bell tower of the Church of San Lorenzo. The apartment is on the third floor of an ancient building that has no lift. It is composed of a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a large shower and a comfortable living room / kitchen, equipped with a table with 4 chairs and a sofa bed with a queen-size mattress. The kitchen has a fridge and oven and is equipped with dishes, various cookware and a Lavazza espresso coffee machine. Bath and bed linen, blankets, hair dryer, oven, fridge, freezer. The stipulation of a tourist lease contract is envisaged. Breakfast, cleaning, change of sheets and towels are not provided.
We love hosting travelers and those who wish to have a real Sicilian life experience. We do not like to host hours and will not respond to similar requests so please do not book in such cases.
The apartment is located in the historic center, close to the main street, a place where you will find restaurants of all kinds, bars, cafes and nice shops for shopping.
