Hi everyone,
we are Simona and Amedeo, a young and enterprising couple.
We have been working side by side for about three years, and day after day we realized that we had a great opportunity to make our dreams come true.
We can say that our life here in Annarella as landlords gives us a lot of satisfaction.

The Annarella is a splendid structure completely renovated in 2015. The villa has five fully furnished apartments located respectively: one on the ground floor, two on the 1st floor and two on the 2nd floor.
All apartments have air conditioning, two bedrooms, living room with sofa bed, private bathroom and kitchen. The apartments on the 1st floor have a balcony with a sea view. On the ground floor you will find a common kitchen with an adjoining room. Private swimming pool (May-September)
