Property information

Case Amate is a brand new luxury apartment located on the island of Ortigia, 50 meters from the sea, specifically designed to accommodate large families or groups of friends. It consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are doubles with ensuite bathroom plus a twin room that can communicate with one of the doubles. The furniture is in a modern / Art Deco style, back in vogue from the 1920s, which expresses a certain idea of chic in the rooms. The living area corresponds to the two large terraces above, an area that includes a kitchen equipped with a table for 8 people in one of the terraces, plus another large terrace where you can relax during the day or in the evening, consisting of gazebos, sofas and chairs deckchairs, all surrounded by green and flowering plants.

Neighbourhood information

The island of Ortigia is the oldest part of the city and was the first settlement chosen by the Greeks for the foundation of the colony. Due to the geographical position and the presence of waters and springs, this land was the aim of conquests of the different dominations that have followed one another: Greeks, Romans, Swabians, Aragonese and Arabs whose history is still narrated today by the splendid palaces and monuments set in the narrow streets of the island. Our advice? Lose yourself among its most famous districts: Bottari, Cannamela, Castello Duomo, Gancia, Giudecca, Graziella, Maestranza and Marina, admire the beauties that this place has to offer and take many photos.
