The apartment's layout is designed to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests. There is a large 50-inch TV with access to major streaming services (Netflix, Prime Video, Disney Channel), allowing guests to relax by watching a movie or documentary after a long day of travel or work. The kitchen, although small, is fully equipped and offers a pleasant view through the window-balcony overlooking greenery, creating a homely and relaxing atmosphere. The master bedroom, very bright and well-ventilated thanks to the two windows, represents a cozy and serene retreat. In spring, the scents of flowers and plants make you forget that you are in a densely populated area, making guests feel as if they are in an isolated, quiet, and relaxing place. The privacy of our guests is our priority. The facility offers two separate private parking areas. The facility ensures privacy for our guests. We are Luca and Giorgia, your hosts. Luca, from Emilia, and Giorgia, from Romagna, put all our enthusiasm and passion for hospitality at the service of our guests. Luca is passionate about photography and video-making, creating short films when time allows. Additionally, he is an avid hiker and can guide and recommend numerous trekking routes in the pre-Apennine and Apennine areas, as well as suggest great places to eat. Giorgia, originally from Rimini but now living in Emilia, brings with her the positivity, energy, and passion typical of Romagnoli towards guests. She will be happy to meet you, share and receive tips on places to visit. We are both deeply passionate about this work and strive to convey our enthusiasm in everything we do. We are here to learn and improve, so any advice from you will be greatly appreciated.

The neighborhood is located in the northern area of Formigine, about 1 km from the castle square, in a strategic position that facilitates travel to both the town and Modena (Bologna - Milan) as well as Sassuolo, Maranello, and Fiorano. The area is green and quiet, with a cycle-pedestrian path that leads to the center of Formigine and continues, always on a dedicated track, to Modena. In the area, there are various restaurants and pizzerias. Additionally, within the neighborhood and municipal area, you can find vinegar factories and dairies where the famous Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese is produced.
