Located less than 10 steps away from the Morel Limonetto chairlift, La Baita is a Ski enthusiast's dream. The apartment is disposed on 2 levels and was just fully renovated using the latest technology and respecting the mountain character of the location. 'La Baita' is now connected to the world via internet with Elon Musk's ultrafast STARLINK satellite and Mesh Wifi-6 offers broadband coverage in all of the residence. Particular attention was given to ambience lighting as well as creating several independent lounge areas both inside and out. Amenities include an XXL rain shower with music in the bathroom, constant and reliable heat controlled by Google NEST smart thermostats, Multi-zone music system by SONOS, several 4K flat-screen smart TV's with Dolby ATMOS surround and NETFLIX, a fully equipped kitchen with MIELE appliances and a Smart lighting switches that can be controlled both manually or by smartphone with Google Home or Apple HomeKit. Soaps, shampoos and fragrances were carefully selected and are included in your stay. Ample parking can be found directly in front of the residence and private covered parking spaces are available for an extra fee.
