This project was born from a dream, that of Sergio and Monica. In 1999, they purchased their first investment property and, with their company, G.S.M. IMMOBILI, began the redevelopment of the village of Castel San Pietro a Camino. Their mission is to preserve the originality of the structures while providing all the modern comforts. For several years, their son Andrea, a Doctor of Architecture, has been assisting them in the planning process. Holiday Home Camino Monferrato, founded by their daughter Elisa, focuses specifically on tourism, making the timeless facilities of this village nestled in the Monferrato hills available to Italians and foreigners. We hope Francesco Achille, the latest addition, will follow in the family's footsteps and become an integral part of this project.
