You will find everything you need, from a fully equipped kitchen to free Wi-Fi, allowing you to enjoy an authentic Sicilian experience. It is the perfect choice for families, couples, or solo travelers who want to explore the island freely, just a few minutes from Cefalù and only 40 minutes from Palermo. The house consists of two independent apartments, recently renovated and equipped with all modern comforts. Both enjoy a stunning sea view, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere. On the first floor, there is a spacious entrance, a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, microwave, and cooking utensils, a master bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a second bedroom with a single bed, and a comfortable one-and-a-half-person sofa bed in the kitchen. The bathroom is large and features a bathtub with shower, as well as a practical laundry area with a washing machine. The ground floor also has a spacious entrance, a fully equipped kitchen, a master bedroom, a second bedroom with a single bed, and a double sofa bed in the kitchen. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. Each room has air conditioning and a plasma TV. Double-glazed windows ensure excellent thermal and acoustic insulation. Guests also have access to umbrellas, beach chairs, and children’s toys, making it easy to enjoy the beach and outdoor activities. Parking is free and easily available near the house; the area is not subject to a ZTL (limited traffic zone) and offers ample parking directly in front of the property. The house is also completely eco-friendly: electricity is generated by photovoltaic panels, hot water is heated by solar panels, and the entire property is plastic-free.
