The villa “Casa Vacanze Elena” is located in Perd'e Sali and is the perfect accommodation for a relaxing holiday with friends or family. The charming house consists of a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (2 with one double bed and one single bed each) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 10 people. Additional amenities include fans, a fireplace, a washing machine, a television and a high chair. In your private fenced outdoor area you will find a garden, a covered terrace, a pool (open from 1st May to 31st October), an outdoor shower and a grill. A hammock also invites you to unwind with a good book while the comfortable sun loungers are perfect for sunning yourself on warm days. During the winter you can also curl up on front of the fireplace with a hot chocolate. In a 3-minute drive you will reach a selection of restaurants and the closest supermarket. Take a drive to the beautiful marina in Perd'e Sali, also a 3-minute drive or 2.1 km away, or spend the day at the beach Spiaggia di Porto Columbu (a 5-minute drive or 2.6 km away). Furthermore, Cagliari airport can be reached in 33 minutes by car (37.6 km). Parking spaces are available on the property. A car to reach the property is recommended. Smoking is allowed.
