Wonderful and bright apartment of 55sqm located on the second floor of a building with a lift, can comfortably accommodate 4 people. The apartment is located on the picturesque island of Giudecca, from which you can enjoy a view of Marittima, San Marta and San Basilio. The apartment has direct access to the Calle to the shore. The interior space is composed as follows: - BEDROOM with double bed, large wardrobe, air conditioning; - LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, armchair, TV "32 inches", table with chairs, air conditioning; - KITCHENETTE with gas hob (4 burners), fridge with freezer, moka, microwave oven, various kitchen utensils, wine glasses; - BATHROOM with bathtub with shower, bidet, wc and washbasin. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited WiFi, heating and air conditioning via fan coil, washer/ dryer, iron and ironing board, clothes dryer, hair dryer. Paid parking available a few hundred meters away "Pontile Blu Molino Stucky".
