The apartment is just 100 m from the lakefront, a few steps from the main square, recently renovated, complete with every comfort and private parking.
In a central position, it is immersed in the characteristic alleys of Iseo, among typical restaurants and artisan shops.
In 5 minutes on foot you will be at the pier, from which you can reach all the lake locations of interest. In particular Montisola.
You will find a very bright apartment thanks to the large window, consisting of a living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with TV and sofa bed (queen size).
The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom and a spacious bathroom with shower, equipped with hairdryer, washing machine and laundry.
The apartment is completely independent. It is located on the first floor. It is accessed through a private gate facing the street which leads to an internal staircase.
