Located in a panoramic position in Perledo, above Varenna hill, offers a choice of different types of apartments with breathtaking views. Trekking activities thanks to the nearby and famous "Sentiero del Viandante". The property is ideal for relaxing away from traffic but just 7 minutes drive from the center of Varenna where you can take advantage of boats and ferries to visit all the famous villas, destinations and attractions of Lake Como such as Bellagio, Cernobbio, Menaggio and more. The restaurants in the area offer lake fish specialties and typical local wines

Neighbourhood information

In few minutes by car or boat it is possible to visit famous places such as Villa Carlotta, Orrido di Bellano, Villa Monastero, the source of the Fiumelatte river. Many trekking routes await you in the mountains surrounding the property
