Papaya58 is an apartment within a building with a private garage, a key feature in a tourist area and just 500 meters from the beach. The apartment was partially renovated in 2024 (painting, air conditioning, bed, sofa bed, parquet flooring, etc.), and renovated externally in 2025. The building has an elevator connecting the apartment on the first floor to both the exit (floor 0) and the garage (floor -1). Although close to the sea, the apartment is located on a cul-de-sac, essentially without traffic, and has a playground 20 meters away.

Papaya58 is located in the Sentina neighborhood, on Via Giovanni Nebbia. Within walking distance (maximum 500 meters) are numerous businesses, including supermarkets, bakeries, pizzerias, restaurants, fishmongers, bars, and more. Bike rentals are also nearby, with parking available in the shared racks or in the garage, which is spacious enough for both cars and bikes. The Sentina Nature Reserve is also within the neighborhood, boasting one of the most beautiful and unspoiled public beaches in the area. You'll also be close to several beach resorts offering all the amenities you need. The Sentina Kite Beach is also nearby, perfect for kitesurfing enthusiasts! The apartment's location, close to major roads, allows you to reach the center of San Benedetto in 10 minutes and Ascoli Piceno and picturesque medieval villages such as Offida, Ripatransone, and Cossignano in 30 minutes.
