The Residence Desiree, is a family-run holiday residence located in Riva Del Garda in a quiet area, close to the lake, to the harbor and the beach, and only 15 minutes far from the city center. The Residence , with two accomodation units, offers different types of cozy apartments: STANDARD, SUPERIOR and DELUXE. The bilo STANDARD apartments are spacious and comfortable, they are at second floor with balcony. The bilo SUPERIOR apartments are recently renovated with a modern style, with balcony or situated at ground floor. The bilo DELUXE apartments are recently buildt and equipped with elegant furnishing, with balconies or located at ground floor. Every type of apartment has free WiFi. All the apartments are provided with free private parking and from October 2019 there's at your disposal a video surveyed storage room for the bicycles. During the summer, the strategic location of the Residence allows to practice many outdoor sports on the lake and on the surrounding mountains, while becomes an interesting station for skiing excursions in winter.

In Riva Del Garda and in the surrounding area you can practice many outdoor sports in contact with nature, such as climbing, cycling with various types of bike on the cycle paths or mountain paths, hiking in the green, sailing sports such as kitesurfing and windsurfing, diving, canoeing / kayaking, horse riding and many other sporting activities.
