A preauthorisation for the 100 EUR for the Damage deposit will be required. Guests are kindly invited not to leave bags of rubish behind, out or inside the premises as collection of rubish is being done only during mornings in Venice, with the exception of Sundays. Guests are also reminded to not leave windows open, for security reasons, Lights on, not to take away towels and to report any eventual damages.

All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
