The Villa has 7 beautiful bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and decorated with antique and vintage Italian furniture all carefully selected to create a warm and cosy mood. The Villa has a wonderful Italian styled garden with lush greenery composed of mediterranean trees, plants and herbs. The swimming pool has a good length and depth for you to swim and dive, the solarium has 9 sun-beds. The outdoor has also a large dining table for all 14 guests to comfortably dine, as well as a cosy sitting area overlooking the marvelous landscape for you to sit back and enjoy an aperitivo.

Beautiful, authentic and cosy: Immersed in the Tuscan hills, less than 50 minutes from Florence and Siena. Our Tuscan villa is equipped with all the necessary comforts: Seven ensuite bedrooms, a double kitchen, large living room with billiard table and a vast outdoor area with an exclusive swimming pool overlooking San Gimignano (25 minutes away) which will make your stay special and unforgettable. The Villa is situated at the end of a white pebbled road typical of the tuscan countryside. The road is accessible from the SP50 (regional tarmac road). The white pebbled section which leads to the house has a winy first part with a bit of steepness followed by a straight and flat final section immersed in the vineyards. Being the last house on the road it has an uncontaminated view overlooking the landscape with San Gimignano on the horizon.
