The house on the 2nd floor with lift has a living room and fully equipped kitchen facing south and directly connected to the terrace, a double bedroom and a single bedroom to the east, illuminated by the morning sun and a bathroom; the south-facing terrace and the balcony that runs all around the house will make your morning relaxation and your summer dinners overlooking the panorama of the center pleasant.

We are in Piazza del Popolo, in the center of Alba Adriatica, 700m from the sea. Close at hand there are excellent bars, restaurants offering typical Abruzzo cuisine, supermarkets and various types of services. The area enjoys a large green space nearby, quiet travel and it is always easy to find parking. A ten minute drive, going towards the hill, there are two of the most beautiful villages in the region, Tortoreto Alto and Colonnella.
