Villa Pancrazzi is situated in a strategic location that allows you to reach the most important places in Tuscany, in fact is only 30 min drive from Florence, Chianti and Arezzo. the farmhouse is divided into 2 apartments: The apartment on the ground floor is furnished in rustic Tuscan style, with terracotta floor, can accommodate up to 4 people. The accommodation consists of an independent entrance, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom, a lounge / dining room and a sofa bed. The apartment on the first floor can accommodate up to 7 people. Outside you can find a beautiful garden designed in every detail, where you can spend sunny days.

Quiet and relaxing area but only 1 km from Figline Valdarno and only 300 m from a typical bakery where you can find typical Tuscan artisanal products. Just 1 km away you can also find a public swimming pool (AQVA) and another just 8 km with slides and in-house restaurant (LAS VEGAS). Warning! Since there is not much availability of public transport, it is advisable to reach Villa Pancrazzi by car.
