A cozy 60 m² rooftop studio with a large private terrace (180 m²) and beautiful city views. In summer, enjoy fresh air and open-sky mornings. In winter, relax inside and watch the rain through the large sliding doors while staying warm and comfortable. The studio includes: Kitchenette with cooking gas, fridge, microwave, kettle, and coffee maker Smart TV & AC Private modern bathroom Washing machine water heater All linens, towels, and bedding are professionally washed and dry-cleaned after each guest for maximum cleanliness. Ideal for 1–2 guests seeking privacy and a calm atmosphere. The building is family-owned, secure, and well-maintained with coded entry and security cameras.
The host is very friendly and approachable, in their 60s. Having lived and studied in the United States for a long time.. The host lives in the same building and is always available nearby in case guests need anything during their stay.
