【逸居&海音】日本最浪的城市小樽（情书、奔爱、大鼻子情圣）等影视作品拍摄地。地理优势：1）地处北海道最具人气小樽 浪漫街，甜点、玻璃艺术品、音乐盒堂。2）寿司街中心位置 步行均5分钟左右距离。3）身后是 ⛩️小樽水天宫⛩️。4）面朝大海的天狗山滑雪场。5）在半山腰，超美海景、夜景。 房间结构和细节：a） 一楼大床房 床垫偏硬，适合家庭出行年纪较大的叔叔阿姨睡。b)旁边有一间榻榻米房间，可以铺榻榻米。使用前请告知，可铺1个双人榻榻米被褥。c）一楼还有洗手间，浴室，舒适大客厅、2个按摩椅，餐厅、咖啡机，咖啡豆需要自己携带，用完咖啡机，请麻烦清洗干净，厨房可以做饭，设施齐全，消防设备，应急指示灯。空调，暖气。d）上楼梯到二楼，二楼房间配有空调，暖气。左侧是 一张海景大床卧室，有独享16平米海景阳台。e）上楼梯正面是洗手间、按摩浴缸、全自动全新洗衣机。f）右转是 4张单人床大房间，通往房间的走廊里有一张小型台球桌，还有著名设计师设计的舒适真皮全新座椅，不仅可以欣赏海景。也可以打打台球。欢迎大家来玩。使用的同时也希望大家可以保持室内环境，正确操作家电，爱惜家具。合理使用水、电资源。因为有露天阳台，带儿童出行的家庭请一定注意儿童安全！！入住时间为下午15:00、退房时间为上午10:00，请按照实际人数进行预约，室外有安全监控如果人数突然有增加请如实联系管理人员。并支付相应费用。清扫团队会根据预约人数准备毛巾、浴巾、牙刷，请按照人数使用床位。除了榻榻米房间外可以入住8位客人，所以想睡榻榻米房间时请提前告知。冬季期间，两驱出租车只能把车停在最后一个坡路上，需要步行25米坡路后右转抵达目的地。如果是自驾或者包车前往，车辆都是四驱车，小心驾驶不会有问题。尤其是下坡的时候一定要方向盘打直，慢慢驾驶。春天夏天秋天可以停3台车，冬天只能停1台车，附近有收费停车场，谢谢
