This unique place has a style all its own. Located in the Quiet center of Riga this small semi basement studio is equipped with every amenity for your comfort and needs. Private shed parking, tram stop just outside the door as well as grocery stores, restaurants, bars, city parks and many more.

the neighborhood might seem unfriendly during the night hours, but it is absolutely safe. The grocery store is right next door and the tram to the center stops right next to the house
