Company information

All staff has been with us for more than 7 years and are totally dedicated to the well being of our guests. They all speak French and English in addition to Arabic and know the neighborhood and its facilities extremely well.

Property information

All rooms are situated around a spacious internal court yard including a deep heated plunge pool and a mature orange tree. Plenty of comfy seating areas to enjoy relaxing drinks. Roof top terrace with a Bedouin tent and loungers available.

Neighbourhood information

We are situated no more than an 8 minute walk from the main square - the Jemma el Fna and on booking with us we send out a fully comprehensive personal recommendation list of our restaurant, spa, cookery class, ballooning over Marrakech, quad biking, day trips etc and lots of tips to all our clients. On arrival we have created specially for our guests a map which is backed up by an information chat about the area offered by our Manageress - things to do and see, what to pay for things in the souks, where to go, even where you can find clean WCs! - all this is also backed up in an information pack in the rooms. This way our clients do not spend ages searching for things as it is all at their fingertips.
