This accommodation stands out for its unique, luxurious style and an unmistakable attention to detail. It is part of a modern residential complex with green areas, pool & 24/7 security and is located just 5 minutes walk from the beach. The accommodation is fully equipped and includes air conditioning, wifi, 4K smart TV, etc. The accommodation can be conveniently opened by access code thanks to an electronic door lock system.

The beach is within walking distance as well as stores for daily needs. Restaurants and cafes are also in the immediate vicinity. The lively beach promenade invites you to unforgettable evening walks and the consumption of culinary specialties. There are several entrances to the complex, all of which leave from Boulevard de Barritz. To get to the apartment in a direct way, it makes sense to use the driveway near the Martil Theater. There is plenty of free parking right in front of the house and throughout the property.
