Enjoy one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in Morocco in a friendly, family-friendly place, perfectly located. The apartment is located on the 4th floor, relaxing, comfortable and very well equipped with a breathtaking 180° sea view. The city has several attractions, restaurants, play parks, swimming pool, nightlife, ruins, natural park, fish market. An ideal spot for fishing, surfing and kite-surfing, the city continues to grow to the rhythm of its holidaymakers from all walks of life. ‼️‼️‼️Note that according to Moroccan law, mixed unmarried Muslim couples cannot rent. Only unmarried couples from Europe or America or Moroccan dual nationals can rent. Proof of identity and proof of union will be required for Muslim tenants.
