This sweet apartment is situated in one of the oldest historical buildings of Kotor in the very heart of old town with party and LOUD music during the summer until 01:00. There is a bar underneath/outside the apartment so is Perfect for party people but if this is not your style you will find the noise disruptive to your stay. The apartment is a 32 m² studio on the first floor. It is stylishly decorated fully with nice views of the old town, fortress and the lively atmosphere of the town. It is a 10 min walk to the local beaches and a short drive to the sandy beaches of Jaz, Blue Horizon and others. Has a very charming feel with a unique character. The studio is fully air conditioned and consists of large living area with a wooden floor and stony walls, wardrobe hanging space, storage space and cupboards, shelves, a queen size bed, stony bar with 2 bar stools, small table, 2 large triple glazed Venetian windows with views to the old town and fortress with extra hard wooden covers. There is fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge, under and over fitted cupboards, kitchen utilities, pots and pans, crockery, toaster. The bathroom contains a shower, water heater, WC & water basin. Property is cleaned prior the arrival. Linen and towels provided.
