Seaview Apartment features a great sea view overlooking the Bay of Kotor, beautiful terrace and a private garage.
The apartment was opened in 2020. and is located in Dobrota, about 4 km from the Old City of Kotor, as well as 3.5 km from the Shopping Centre Kamelija. The apartment is situated about 100m above the sea level, that gives an opportunity to all guests to enjoy the unforgettable views of the sea and surrounding mountains from the terrace. The apartment stands on the second line that undoubtedly gives a number of advantages – remoteness from the noise and beautiful view.
The road to the free beach will take no more than 3 minutes walking, distance is about 100m.
Each room is equipped with an air-conditioner and Wi-Fi. There is a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine and a toilet. The kitchen is furnished with a fridge, dishwasher, microwave oven, teapot and the totality of necessary ware and accessories. Meals can be taken on the dining table or on the terrace.
Guests can use an open parking lot or a garage.
