The apartment was decorated and refurbished two months ago. Everything is quite new with a new Sony TV (LCD), air conditioning, kitchen equipment and furniture. Also, the apartment contains a private parking space for a car. (which is really rare in Budva). The apartment is on the first floor.
Casa is the international company that manages more than 50 luxury properties on the coast of Montenegro
The location of the apartment is one of the best locations in Budva. The distance to a gas (petrol) station is only 20 metres. 50 metres away you can find market Boka, supermarket Mega, gas (petrol) station, private hospital Milmedika, private dental clinic Dentistry, private pharmacies, hotel Djukic, hotel MB, hotel Slovenska, restaurant Kangaroo et cetera... Also, we are only 200 metres far from Slovenska beach, hotel Bracera, hotel Tre Canne and around 2km from the Old Town Budva and Mogren Beach.
