This property offers a spectacular view, which is precisely what makes it so special. With big open windows you are able to watch the beautiful sunset while looking out onto the mesmerizing lake, Lake Ohrid, that is surrounded by the incredible mountains. Further, this property is perfectly situated in the Old Town of Ohrid, called "Varos", and is also a very short distance from the downtown livelihood, famous attractions and beaches! Come and enjoy with us! **** NOTICE: **** This apartment is situated in the historic Old Town where the streets are narrow and cobblestone. Guests arriving with large vehicles, such as Jeeps, who wish to use our on site parking, should be aware that this may be difficult to navigate. Alternatively, guests may park at the entrance to the Old Town at Gorna Porta and take a short walk to the property.
I am a mother of 2 young children, who enjoys outdoor family activities. We love to hike, swim, and go on adventures. My hobby is woodwork and we also own a small in house shop filled with handmade wooden souvenirs, which my husband and I make ourselves. We love rock and jazz music. Feel free to ask us about anything!
This quiet neighborhood is home to a lot of craftsmen and artisans. On a daily walk you are able to meet a lot of artists showcasing their work, such as handwoven scarves and bags, paintings and various other works. This neighborhood is also home to a lot of history. From this apartment you are 2 minutes away from the church of Saint John Kaneo made in the 13th century. The Ancient Theatre of Ohrid made in 200 BC is a mere 5 minutes away, and to Samuel's Fortress made in the 10th century is only 10 minutes away. You can also enjoy a nice day at the beach at two nearby beaches that are only 2 minutes away, and they also feature restaurants. If you are looking for an even quieter beach, you can find an all natural untouched beach 5 minutes away.
