Located on the heights of Anse à l'Ane, with its panoramic sea view of the bay of Fort-de-France. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and toilet. Private pool, large outdoor living space (1000m²) with a carbet of over 40m²... Ideal for 5 people, and 7 people after renovations in February 2026.
We fell in love with this villa from the first sight. After years of admiring it from afar, we were lucky enough to become its owners—a dream come true. Nestled in a typical village and completely peaceful, the villa offers an ideal setting to recharge your batteries and fully enjoy the beauty of Martinique. It was at Anse à l'Âne that we fell in love with the island, and it is here that we now love to share this joy with our visitors.
Very quiet neighborhood just minutes from the beach and shops. At Anse à l'Ane you will find: Convenience store, bakery, tobacconist, souvenir shop, fuel, restaurants, bars, pizzeria, dive center, jet ski rental, doctor...
